The Devices area is where you manage your school's technology inventory: adding devices, assigning them to students, tracking incidents and repairs, and keeping a detailed record for every device in your 1:1 program.

Every device moves through the same cycle, and Manage1to1 keeps a record at each step, so you always know where a device is and what has happened to it.

Rapid Check-Out
Quickly issue devices to users, carts, and rooms using barcode scanning or manual entry with the Rapid Check-Out workflow.

Device Last Seen
Track when an admin physically interacted with a device — visible on the device profile and as a dedicated report for finding devices that haven't been touched recently.

Inventory Audit (Rapid Verify)

Random Checks

Marking Devices Lost

MDM Device Review
Optionally pull in devices your MDM knows about but your inventory doesn't, and flag devices that have disappeared from your MDM — with every change reviewed and approved before it touches your inventory.
Printing Labels
Print a student label or a device asset-tag label on demand, with a scannable barcode, straight from a profile or during Rapid Check-Out.
Bulk Update Devices
