System Requirements

Manage1to1 runs in your web browser and is designed for current versions of the major browsers. To keep the application secure, fast, and reliable, older browsers that no longer receive security updates from their vendors are not supported.

If you sign in with an unsupported browser, you'll be sent to a page that lists which browser was detected and what to install instead.

Supported Browsers

The following browsers are supported. Earlier versions are not — please update to a current release before signing in.

We recommend keeping your browser on its latest stable release. Most browsers update automatically — if yours hasn't updated in a while, check your browser's settings or reinstall it.

Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer is not supported in any version. Microsoft retired Internet Explorer in 2022 and replaced it with Microsoft Edge. If your computer still has Internet Explorer, install Microsoft Edge or another supported browser before signing in.

Mobile Devices

Manage1to1 works on mobile devices using the same supported browsers above (Chrome and Safari are the most common on phones and tablets). For frequent mobile use, you can also install Manage1to1 as an app on your device — see Installing Manage1to1 as an App.

Network and Connection

  • A reliable internet connection is required. Manage1to1 is a hosted service and does not run offline.
  • Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled in your browser.
  • Pop-up blockers should be configured to allow Manage1to1 if you use single sign-on or printable receipts.

Why a Minimum Version?

Modern browsers receive security patches and platform improvements that newer features in Manage1to1 — such as the captcha used at sign-in — depend on. Browsers more than two to three years out of date often present as "the captcha doesn't work" or "buttons don't respond." Keeping to a current browser keeps your account secure and the application working as intended.
