2026.09.1 is a large, wide-reaching release. Settings is reorganized into focused top-level pages (Licensing, Buildings, Incidents, and Custom Fields), and the page that remains is now simply General Settings. The help desk gains shared ticket ownership and scheduled Smart Rules. Insurance and family billing get a big push: bulk-enroll every existing student, email families their premium invoices and payment confirmations automatically, and send that mail from your own district-branded, verified sending domain. Rounding out the release are warehouse storage locations, on-demand label printing, broader MDM coverage (FileWave, broader Microsoft device support, and building sync from your MDM), and first-class OneRoster class and homeroom sync.
