Inactive Students with Devices
Inactive Students with Devices answers the question that matters at the end of a year or after a student leaves: "Who is no longer active but still has one of our devices?" It lists every inactive student who still holds a checked-out device, so nothing stays out in the hands of a student who has unenrolled.
Use it to confirm that every departing student has returned their hardware, and to build a short collection list rather than scanning the whole fleet.
Opening the report
- Go to Reports → View Reports
- In the Devices section, open Inactive Students with Devices
A student appears only when they are inactive and still have a device checked out (an open lease). An inactive student with nothing out does not appear, because there is nothing to collect.
Reading the report
Each row is one held device:

Use the Building filter to narrow the list to a single school before you work through it.
Exporting
Use the Excel, CSV, or PDF buttons above the table to export the list for a collection sweep or to hand to building staff.
