Incident Profiles contain all of the data regarding an incident that has occurred with a device.
There are multiple ways to access an incident detail screen. To view Incident Profiles, click on Incidents >> View Incidents. Incidents are divided into 2 sections, Current Incidents and Completed Incidents. You can view further details by clicking on the Date or the View button under the Action heading.
