Managing existing data in Manage1to1 is easy. Keeping device status and other information about the device is important to ensure the integrity of the reporting and other mechanisms within Manage1to1 are accurate.
Manually Modifying Devices
View Devices
First locate the device you wish to edit. This can be done via a few different methods. The most common, and what is shown specifically in this documentation, is via the Devices >> View Devices screen. From here you can locate the device by Asset Tag or Serial Number and choose Edit in the Actions column.
Device Profile Page
You can also get to the Edit button from the Device Profile page itself. It is located in the top right corner of the Device Information panel.
