Overview
Version 2.0 expanded Manage1to1 beyond basic device assignment into a more complete operational tracking system. Still used internally, this release introduced the first workflows for handling exceptions, issues, and shared devices.
Key Additions
- Incident tracking for device damage and issues
- Loaner device tracking
- Basic operational reports
- Ability to store credentials for end users
- Support for staff records alongside students
Platform Evolution
This release marked the first shift from simple inventory tracking to lifecycle management. Devices were no longer just assigned, but also monitored through incidents, temporary replacements, and basic reporting.
Known Limitations (at the time)
- Reporting was limited and non-configurable
- Access controls were not yet implemented
- UI design was optimized for technical users
