Overview​

Version 2.2 represented a major usability and capability milestone for Manage1to1. As adoption expanded, the platform was redesigned to support a broader range of users across departments and buildings.

Key Additions​

  • Redesigned user interface optimized for daily operational use
  • Introduction of role-based permissions and feature access controls
  • Initial invoicing and billing capabilities
  • Expanded support for multi-building environments

Platform Evolution​

This release marked the transition from a technically oriented system to a platform designed for operational teams, including IT staff, administrators, and support personnel. Concepts introduced in 2.2 such as permissions and billing workflows became foundational elements in later releases.

Known Limitations (at the time)​

  • Reporting was still limited in depth and customization
  • Automation and external integrations were not yet available
  • Configuration options were narrower than modern releases
