Billing History Tab

The Billing History tab provides a complete financial record of all charges and payments associated with a user. Think of it as the financial ledger for the person - showing every invoice created, amounts charged, payments received, and outstanding balances throughout their time in the district.

Invoice Profile

The Invoice Profile is the central workspace for managing a single invoice. Think of it as the complete invoice file - showing all details, payment history, email communications, and related incident information in one place.

View Invoices

The View Invoices page displays all invoices in your Manage1to1 system, organized by payment status. This is your starting point for invoice management, payment processing, and billing follow-up.
