The License Information tab briefly highlights the information about your Manage1to1 subscription. It will also show a real-time count of the licensed students. You may need to force a license update when adding additional licenses.
Forcing a License Update
Manage1to1 periodically updates your subscription license, however if you have recently purchased additional student licenses you may need to initiate a license update for them to take effect immediately. To do this, simply click the Force License Update button.
