Portal Settings

Portal Settings control public-facing portals in Manage1to1, including the Parent Portal and Acceptable Use Policy enrollment. Once an Acceptable Use Policy has been accepted by any user for the school year, it cannot be modified for legal and liability reasons.

📄️ Parent Portal Settings

Configure the Parent Portal to give families self-service access to invoices, online payments, AUP acknowledgement, and device information.

📄️ AUP Management

Manage Acceptable Use Policies by school year, control the enrollment portal, and track parent and guardian acknowledgements.

📄️ Modify AUP

Edit the Acceptable Use Policy text for a school year before any acknowledgements are recorded. Once signed, the AUP becomes locked.
